This is the full five pointed Star Fort kit which includes:
5 x Linked Gun Bastions
4 x Angled Courtine Sections
2 x Gateway Sides (left and right)
Fully cast in resin
Note: This is the five point version – to make a standard four sided Star Fort (or Sconce) you will need 3 x non angled courtine pieces.
Suitable for most European or North American conflicts between 1590 and 1800.
I would recommend the gateway side pieces are attached to each bastion with magnets, blu-tak or similar – allowing you to increase the overall size of the Star Fort with additional courtine lengths.
The gateway entrance was often protected by a Ravelin, forcing the enemy to expose its flank during any attack.
I can also add Storm Poles to the bastions if required.
Available in raw resin or fully painted and flocked as shown.
This is quite a large kit measuring almost 30″ (660mm) in diameter and weighs apx 3.5kg in total.
